The first Nursery was located at 68 Huron Road, this branch was opened in 1964 with 25 children and four staff. We now have over 270 children in five premises with over 100 staff. In 1974, the Huron Road branch was moved to :30 Ritherdon Road which is a large double-fronted corner house with seven large nursery rooms, several ancillary rooms and a large garden for outdoor play. We are now registered for 36 children in this building.

Ritherdon Road has achieved the National Day Nurseries Associations's Quality Counts Accreditation Award (NDNA). This award is only awarded to nurseries that meet very high standards of Early Years care and operational planning.
